We offer yoga classes in the tradition of B. K. S. Iyengar. You’re invited to attend our classes whether you’re a new beginner or a more experienced student; whether you prefer a gentle or a more challenging approach to yoga.

Secure online payments will be handled through PayPal, but you don't have to have a PayPal account in order to use a credit card. If you prefer not to use online registration and payment, you can still print a registration form and mail it in with your check or money order.

Meditation and the Open Heart
April 15 - June 10
7:00-8:30 pm on alternate Tuesdays: 4/15, 4/29, 5/13, 5/27, 6/10
How can we open our hearts and minds to more fully realize our potential as human beings? In this class, suitable for both beginning and continuing meditators, we explore meditation practices of mindfulness, loving-kindness, compassion and gratitude as gateways to happiness and freedom.

Harmony Yoga classes are taught in a friendly, supportive atmosphere by certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, Karen Husby-Coupland. Classes are small, allowing for more personalized instruction.
Harmony Yoga is conveniently located on the west side of Ann Arbor, in Pauline Plaza, just west of Stadium Blvd. There is ample, free parking. See map
