Beginning (75 minutes)
Monday 6:00-7:15 pm $80
Wednesday 9:30-10:45 am $80
Intermediate (90 minutes)
Wednesday 6:30-8:00 pm $96
Thursday 9:30-11:00 am $96
Intermediate/Experienced (90 minutes)

Gentle Yoga (90 minutes)

Class Descriptions

Beginning: For new students and for those who prefer to continue working with the basic yoga poses and concepts. 75 minute classes.

Intermediate: Active class, a variety of poses including inversions, builds on the concepts introduced in the Beginning class. 90 minute classes.

Experienced: Minimum 2 years recent Iyengar Yoga experience or teacher's permission. Be able to hold headstand (wall support okay) and shoulder balance with ease. 90 minute classes.

Gentle Yoga: Stretch and strengthen the body with this slower-paced, more supported approach to yoga. No experience necessary. 90 minute classes.

Drop-in Policy and Fees

Students benefit more by attending a regular weekly class. However, if that doesn't work with your schedule, you may drop-in to appropriate level classes when you're able to.

Please contact me to check which classes are available for dropping in. Some classes may be full, and some cancelled.

Drop-in to a single class $15
Class card for 5 drop-in classes $70
Good for three months from date of purchase

Private Lessons

Karen can work with you on a one-to-one basis to help you meet these needs. A one hour private lesson is $65. Contact Karen to make arrangements.
