Feldenkrais Method® Awareness Through Movement® series

Whether you want to overcome injury, reduce chronic aches and pains, improve performance in your favorite activities or simply feel more comfortable in your body – the Feldenkrais Method can help you do these things and more. The Feldenkrais Method, named for its founder, Moshe Feldenkrais is a highly effective mind-body discipline that uses unique movement sequences to bring about change. The movements are gentle, but nonetheless effective and transformative. Group classes and private sessions are offered at Harmony Yoga.
